These terms apply to all coaching services provided by Divinely Consecrated. By booking a session or buying a package, you agree to them. Please read them before your first session.
Sessions and booking
- Each coaching session is 60 minutes.
- Your free 20-minute consultation does not count as a coaching session and has no cost.
- Sessions are scheduled through the online booking calendar. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details and a link to these terms.
- If you arrive late, the session still ends at its scheduled time.

- Payment is due in full when you book a single session or buy a package.
- Payment is accepted through PayPal. Eligible clients may choose PayPal Pay Later to pay over time. Pay Later is offered and approved by PayPal, and Divinely Consecrated is paid in full at checkout.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-shows
- 24-hour notice: To cancel or reschedule without losing your session, give at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.
- Late cancellation: A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice is forfeited and counts as used.
- No-show: If you miss a session without notice, it is forfeited and counts as used.
- Courtesy reschedule: You may reschedule one late-cancelled session per package without losing it. A single session counts as its own package. The courtesy reschedule must be used before the package expires.
- If I need to reschedule: If I cancel or reschedule a session, it is not counted against you, and we’ll find a new time that works for you.

Package expiration

- These timeframes allow a steady pace of one session every one to two weeks, with room for travel and scheduling conflicts.
- Sessions not used by the expiration date are forfeited.
- Extension: In a serious situation, such as illness or a family emergency, you may ask for one extension of up to 30 days. Extensions are granted at my discretion, and you must ask before your package expires.
Moving from a single session to a package
If you start with a single session and decide to continue, your $150 can be credited toward a 4-session or 8-session package.
- Deadline: You must buy the package within 15 days of your single session.
- How the credit works: Your single session counts as the first session of the package, and you pay the difference.

- After 15 days: The credit expires. Your single session stands on its own as paid in full, and the $150 is not refundable or transferable to another person. You’re always welcome to buy a package later at the full price.
- Expiration date: A package bought with the credit expires based on the date you buy the package.
Refunds
- Single session: You can get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session. After the session takes place, it can’t be refunded.
- Packages: You may request a refund for unused sessions before your package expires. The refund equals the package price minus $150 for each session used, including any forfeited sessions. A refund is never less than $0.
- After expiration: Refunds aren’t available once a package has expired.
- How to request: Email info@divinelyconsecrated.com. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

If a single-session credit was applied to a package, the single session counts as one session used.
Coaching scope
Divinely Consecrated provides Christ-centered personal development and life coaching. Coaching focuses on your goals, growth, faith, and next steps.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical or mental health care, and it isn’t a substitute for them. If a concern comes up that needs clinical support, I’ll encourage you to seek help from a licensed professional. Results depend on your own participation, and specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
Confidentiality
What you share in coaching is kept confidential. I won’t share it without your written permission, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect someone’s safety.
